With over two decades of cross-border expertise, Chuba has led transformative project finance initiatives across multiple African nations—Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Uganda, Morocco, Guinea Conakry, Egypt, and Ethiopia—serving both sovereign governments and multinational corporations. His distinguished portfolio spans landmark World Bank projects such as SPESSE, SCADO, and NEWMAP, as well as critical engagements within Nigeria’s energy sector, including the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and NNPC Gas Marketing Limited.
