Eugene Onwuka is a seasoned Construction Cost and Management Engineer with over three decades of distinguished experience spanning both public and private sectors across Nigeria and beyond Eugene is a product of the Project Management Professional Mentorship Program convened by Chuba Nkala.

Following a stellar career in public service that culminated in his retirement in 2021, Eugene co-founded Eupal Development Consultants, an Engineering and Project Management firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in infrastructure development and cost optimization. Under his leadership, the firm has established itself as a trusted partner for complex engineering projects requiring precision, strategic oversight, and fiscal discipline.

A committed knowledge practitioner, Eugene serves on the faculty of the University of Nigeria Nsukka Business School in Enugu, where he teaches project management courses, shaping the competencies of emerging professionals and bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and real-world application.

His professional affiliations include membership in the Project Management Institute (PMI), reflecting his dedication to global best practices and continuous professional development in project execution and management excellence.
